Connect Stratyfix

What it is

The Stratyfix connector lets a manager or a rep ask about their own Stratyfix data inside the AI chat they already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. It is read only. No tool behind this connector can change anything inside Stratyfix.

Each person connects as themselves, using their own Stratyfix sign-in, so the connector shows exactly what that person would see if they opened the app and looked at the screen. A manager’s connection and a rep’s connection can return different answers to the same question, because they carry different permissions.

Stratyfix sometimes declines to state a number on purpose. Before a team has resolved enough deals to calibrate an odds estimate, there is no honest figure to give. When that happens, the connector says so in words instead of guessing a number to fill the gap.

The ten tools

Every tool below only reads data, using the same permissions the signed-in person has in the app.

• my_deals: Your own deal book: every open deal you can see, its forecast, the calls logged against it, and your own private note about what to do next. It only ever shows your own deals.
• my_deal_risk: One deal’s forecast receipt: what the model read from the calls, why it reads that way, and the win probability range with its honest uncertainty. Works for any deal you can already see.
• my_pace: Whether you are ahead or behind on your own quarter target, and the one deal most worth working next. It shows your own pace only, and it answers only if your organization turned this on.
• coaching_queue: Who needs coaching next and on what, with the evidence behind each suggestion. A manager sees their own reports; a rep sees only themselves.
• team_target_odds: The team’s chance of hitting the quarter target, with the evidence behind that estimate. Managers and org admins only.
• team_coverage: Whether there is enough qualified pipeline to cover the target at a chosen confidence level. Managers and org admins only.
• team_pace: Whether the team is ahead or behind the pace the quarter needs, and how that moved over time. Managers and org admins only.
• team_gap_ledger: The shortfall against target, rep by rep, so you can see where the gap comes from. Managers and org admins only.
• triage_proposals: Deals the model proposes dropping from the quarter’s committed book, each with its reason. Proposals only. A person approves or rejects inside Stratyfix, never here. Managers and org admins only.
• deal_brief: A strategy brief for one deal: the state of play, the risks with their evidence, and what is still open. Called without a deal, it lists the open pipeline so you can pick one. Managers and org admins only.

Setting it up

Every client below uses the same URL: https://app.stratyfix.com/api/mcp. The client discovers everything else on its own and opens a browser window for you to sign in to Stratyfix and approve the connection.

Claude (web, desktop, or mobile): open Settings, choose Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste in the URL above.

ChatGPT: open Settings, turn on Developer mode, open Plugins, choose Add, and paste in the same URL. In an Enterprise workspace, a workspace administrator needs to turn the connector on first, under Workspace Settings, then Apps.

Microsoft Copilot Studio: open your agent, turn on generative orchestration, open the MCP wizard, and paste in the same URL.

Other MCP clients and IDEs: give the client the same URL. Stratyfix speaks Streamable HTTP, the standard MCP transport, so any client built to the spec connects the same way.

What you need

You need a Stratyfix workspace where an administrator has turned the connector on for your organization. If your workspace does not have it on yet, ask your Stratyfix administrator to enable it. To disconnect at any time, remove the connector from inside your AI client.
